From Monday 21st November 2022, the telephone lines will be closed between 1300 – 1400hrs to allow for staff training. The practice doors will remain open.

Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access
The Portchester Practice working collaboratively with Westlands, Centre and Gudgeheath lane we are now able to offer appointments between 1830 – 2000hrs Monday to Friday and 0900 – 1700hrs on Saturdays. These appointments are offered at one of the above practice locations on a rotating basis
The telephones are not in operation during extended access clinics. You can leave a message to cancel an appointment.
Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed
When the Surgeries in the Hampshire area are closed Urgent medical advice and GP assistance is provided by Hampshire Doctors on Call.
If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please hang up and call 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.
Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:
– Treat yourself at home
– Go to a Primary Care Centre
If you need face-to-face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
